I finally took the plunge on a Kershaw Bel Air a while ago for an absolute steal at $114. The Bel Air is as good as everyone else says it is. It looks great. It feels great in the hand. Pulling the lock-bar back allows the blade to drop open, or drop closed, as freely as the Iridium does. The deep-carry pocket clip hangs off the back so far that the tail of the knife vanishes into any pocket. This is the first, and only, knife I've ever owned in Magnacut. The blade is so thin and so sharp that it just glides through everything. Of all the superlatives that can be laid on this, the perfect EDC folder, I wish it was a little bigger. I'll need to pick up an XL whenever they go on sale at some point. The XL looks like it's the size this knife should be…
