I bought 4 Z1s with different emitters to see their potential for photo/video production. L-R: SST20 Deep Red/ 519A 1800K/ GT Blue/ W5050SQ3 3000K. For those who are curious- all the emitters are square (or square-ish) when zoomed in except for the W5050SQ3; and that one looks pretty wonky when zoomed in. They all look pretty great zoomed out and I can’t wait to see how they look in a photo/ video situation. I can’t wait for foggy beams too. Anyway, if any of you are curious here’s a shot of them all against the wall.

I really like 519a 2700K for photography, just makes everything really beautiful. I love showing people a setup with two at about shoulder width lighting a subject from above
