An updated printable guide to Andúril 2

I have made a major update to my printable guide to Andúril 2 —

• includes most features available as of firmware 20240420
• makes heavier use of color and substantially improves the layout
• adds a second page that gives a simple introduction — if printed on two sides of the same sheet, it can folded into a quarter size booklet with a cover
