Did I get a fake Lil Native?

I ordered a Lil Native Wharncliffe from New Graham when they had that 30% off Spyderco sale a couple weeks back. It spent a couple weeks basically lost in the mail before finally getting delivered to me today.

I took it out of the package and was fidgetting with it when I noticed that the designer mark and “Golden Colorado” lettering is super crooked. To the point where the designer mark is literally half missing because it’s so far off the blade. Did New Graham send me a fake Spyderco?
