Michigan OTF Axial shift Dagger conceal carry

Trying to get some clarification, I’ve looked at other forums, YouTube, .gov. And you screenshots are directly from Michigan police handbook. Fairly certain the double edged axial OTF knife is not legally concealed in Michigan. Thoughts? Experiences?
