NLD to me!
I work at a dealership and when customers trade cars in we detail them. Whenever we find anything of value we give them 2 weeks to claim it while trying to get ahold of them. Usually things go in the trash afterwards but this one sat on the shelf of forgotten belongings and I was eyeballing it the whole time. Made it known to the staff not to trash this even though it won’t turn on. Customer never picked up the phone so it’s coming home with me.
If they ever do call us back I’ll happily turn it over, but until then I’m excited to say it’s mine.

That is a the burglar beater 1000. Haven’t seen one in years. Lolol.
Make sure you replace the batteries asap if you haven’t checked em already, who knows how long they’ve been in there and could leak!
If the bulb is bad, the original spare bulb might be in the tail cap in a piece of foam.
