I recently decided to put together a small EDC waist pack to carry with me at all times. I recently found myself carrying a heavy multi-bit screwdriver in my backpack and discovered the bottomless pit that is EDC.
The main items are:
- Levi's Headline Banana Small Waist Pack
- DL7 Multitool (with the blade edge filed down to avoid legal issues; in Spain, carrying blades with certain characteristics is illegal)
- WARSUN T7PRO Flashlight
Then there are many items I try to group together, for example: emergency contact lenses with eye drops, pills, and hydrating drops, all of that goes inside a SMINT tin.
Tissues and bandaids are also essential; I have two small daughters (3 and 1 years old).
The rest are items I consider potentially useful, although realistically, I don't think I'll use them almost ever. Even so, the pack still has space for more, but I don't want to increase the weight much (it's already at the limit for me, 865g/1,9lbs).
What would you remove, what would you add? Keeping in mind that I live in a city in Spain (where it is not legal to carry weapons).
