I really have grown to love this knife more so than any other edc I own. Maybe it's the blade shape I'm unsure but everything is great except the skin. I've found this sweet site that has custom Micarta and fat carbon skins specifically for this knife.Ive read rumors that full.Micarta isn't the way to go with this knife. Anyone own this knife and changed the skin to one of my above choices. I thought I would learn to like the aluminum burnt copper skin but this really isn't the case.

Micarta on any knife brother
Another vote for Micarta, much better grip. I’ve gotten several sets of scales from Dragonfly Scales with no issues, very easy to work with
I vote carbon, I really like how light my 940-1 is with the carbon fiber
Depends. If it’s going to be hard user go with Fatcarbon. If you only going to open up boxes go with Micarta. I have both and I prefer Fatcarbon.
