Real edc pocket pouch

Ignoring the notebook. Can someone recommend a nicer pouch, idk if there would be any thing thinner that isn’t cheap as this is my actual pocket carry. I carry it in my back right pocket. Back left pocket is a travelers notebook passport size with wallet insert and a notebook and pen. The items that follow are the pouch itself, a very thin and flimsy zip pouch from Philippines airline. First on top of the pouch are a vicks nasal spray, steel open ended tube filled with ibuprofen and a 1.2 ml cologne spritzer, above that is a little boo-boo zip lock with band aids, anti bac, next is a lens wipe, for glasses and sunglasses not pictured, below that is a doggie bag and my special little guy(rip). Next is a flat hand sanitizer, looking to have it replaced with a small spray like the cologne spritzer.next a tide pen and sharpie, definitely want to replace them with their mini counterparts. Benadryl, hand wipes, face mask and microfiber cloth for glasses and screens. Im going to add some anti fog wipes for my glasses and sunglasses, im also at some point gonna replace the tube with a screw in one because the stopper keeps popping off but i need it as close to that size as possible. Not pictured cause i used it up is a small crazy glue tube and lip balm. I am also thinking to add folding fork/spoon or folding chopsticks as i have experienced many times having no utensils , i have 12 + hour days, running around nyc. As a nice to have is a flat fold duct tape or electrical tape, zip ties, small eyeglass repair. I edc a swiss champ but currently no flashlight. I lost my poke light on a hike and my ace beam kept auto firing burning a hole in two blazers pockets and pants, recs for lights are appreciated. Nothing flashy or tactical just quality of life improvements.
