This a lidl chef knife with fat bolster, bad profile, and misaligned (the blade and the handle are not in the same line)
What I want to do
Take the bolster out. Make it sharp, part of the blade
Reprofile it, give a flat bottom, from curve straight to the end
Rehandle it. I don't know if that's possible
I know, it's cheap and it's not worth it, but l'd like to get into knife making and I see this mod as an opportunity to start. I'm willing to buy rasps files sand paper and anything else
Do you have any suggestions about how to do any of it?
