I just got an Emisar D4V2 and needed a charger, I did some research and ordered this UMS2 from Amazon yesterday and it came like this as you can see. Pretty damn messed up.
Anyway, need I worry about this when I try to get a another one? I'm guessing this is a sort of freak one off occurance as I've pretty much only read good things about these.

Someone swapped the purchase and instead of checking things, they put it back out for purchase, most likely. Return that crap and order it from somewhere else.
Does it have the “QC-Pass” sticker on it? If so, it’s probably fine…

I don’t see why so many people here complain about a few little scratches . You could let Hank know but what would be the point ? It’s not his fault that you put the light in the charger instead of the battery.
