I proudly sent a photo of my Convoy T6 to my friend, who is a fellow enthusiast, and he was like 'Dude, that's not a T6'.

I checked my order, and yes, they sent me the wrong light. Looks like a T3.

I guess this explains why my 'pocket thrower' doesn't have much in the way of throw.

I emailed them last Thursday, but I have not received a reply. I have read that they have excellent customer service, so I am a bit disappointed, especially as I have spent quite a lot of money with them recently.

Is it normal for them to take a long time to reply, or am I being ignored?

    Yeah, 100% not like Simon. The email must have gone astray somehow. Try emailing him at the address u/Wormminator has given.
