Around December 15th, I bought the new Acebeam P16 V2.0, and I was really looking forward to it.
And as soon as I received it, during my very first test, I noticed that there was a problem with the secondary button, which started acting weird.
And after a few uses, on my second day of work with it, I noticed that the tailcap buttons were no longer working at all and the tailcap was making a noise when shaken
From that point on, I sent an email to ask what the problem was and whether there was a solution.
And after at least about ten emails, where I had to prove with videos that the flashlight was not working properly, in the end, after one month of email exchanges, while simply asking them for a new tailcap for my P16 V2.0, They told me to tighten the ring that are in the tailcap.
I tried, as best as I could, to tighten it as much as possible, and nothing works.
Only the main button worked for few presses, but the secondary button does not work at all
Their only solution is to give me the tail circuit board that I will have to connect myself wich i really dont know how to do it
It’s really a shitty after-sales service they have over there.
They make good flashlights, but honestly, the after-sales service really sucks.

If you shake it a little longer it’ll work, I’m certain of it…
It’s just a loose retaining ring you just need to tighten it up

Use a camera bezel tool, surclip pliers, scissors anything that will fit into these two holes and let you tighten the ring up
