Hey all, just got my first lights, the Lumintop gt nano 3.0 with the long battery, the Copper d4k in sft25r and a brass d3aa with 5700k dedomed 519s. I'm loving these, and it also happen to entertain some of my friends as I am totally blind. I have always love any gadgets, regardless of whether its directly accessible to me or not. I was inspired to research nice flashlights when my family wintered in a rural Air BNB, and getting out of the car, we only had phone lights. Anyways, I didn't think it can be super fun. Sure, I could nerd over the numbers and have a light lying around incase my sighted friends have a need for them. Then this evening I suddenly thought about my light detector app that I usually used to check whether the room lights are on or not. That app tells you brightness on a scale from 1 to 100, and it sounds a pitch up and down accordingly, and oh man, it is so fun. I can hear the turbo mode on high and the pitch slowly decreasing as the heat builds up. I can hear the different weird patterns when I get my light into strobe mode. This is not to mention that I can very obviously feel the heat on my hands and face on turbo. Anyways, its been a blast the last few minutes and I just wanted to share it with this very nice community.
PS pardon me if the image isn't good. I took it myself without any sighted help.

The picture is fine! That is awesome that you think they’re cool too! I always liked the power of changing an environment with something in my hand. Feeling the heat of the light and knowing that it’s real is awesome to me. Like a little miniature sun in my hand under my control.
Nice flashlights! Have fun.
