KnifeCenter exclusive K110/Grivory flavor

This is my first shark lock knife. It’s a nice add for the collection, though I prefer the action on my crossbar knives more.

In particular, I’m having a little problem finding a pivot setting for this one that isn’t stiff but doesn’t have blade play. Upshot is that, like my Spyderco and Cold Steel blades, this one is a two-handed close for me, assuming I don’t want a wiggly blade.

But also much like those, I can tell the lock can take some punishment. Tradeoffs, I guess?

Actually, I take that back. I think I’m just not used to the lock motion—I was pushing it down while pulling back, which only partially disengages. If I make sure to pull up as I pull back instead the blade swings freely. I’m gonna have to retrain my finger muscles.

I can flick mine open and closed by pulling back on the lock, but this does take a little practice.
