I gotta say, the shark lock and the action on this Demko that I got on sale at Knife Center is just amazing. It was $94, mainly because it's D2 steel… but I bought it more for trying out the lock type. I will end up getting a titanium version of this one day because I like it so much. Definitely better than the Civivi super lock.
Oddly enough, the Demko was the least sharp out of the box vs the Gerber and Kershaw. I have a $30 Sencut knife that is sharper than all of these in fact.
The Kershaw was by far the sharpest of this group and the Gerber was by far the most terrible in opening… definitely has to get taken apart and oiled.
Second pic is a size comparison between the two Natrix. I have a good collection of knives with copper scales now and will keep it going!
