Acebeam W10 Pro
• Beam Profile & Comparison: Compared to the Astrolux WP3, the W10 Pro has a hotspot approximately 2x larger. Although it has only 1/5th of the intensity of the Astrolux, this larger hotspot makes it much more useful for medium distances
• W10 produces a perfectly white, clean hotspot
• Beans, the distance to the wall is identical for both lights (approx. 7 meters), clearly showing the difference in beam size
• It is a very compact light
• The UI is simple and completely sufficient for LEP. It has only one main mode (Turbo) operated by a full click or momentary half-click, with Strobe available via a double click
• W10 comes with a perfectly shaped hard holster that effectively prevents accidental button presses. I have never seen a holster this good before (perhaps because I haven’t owned a flashlight at this price point until now)
• Minor Flaw – The threads lack anodization, similar to the Acebeam L35 2.0 Halloween Camo. This means mechanical lockout does not work, so you cannot untwist the tailcap to safely disconnect the battery, why, why?
