*Chek your X75 chargers for overheating 😐

Sadly i grief a great loss at the moment. The charger of my X75 for the included BP4 and the extra (and not realy cheap) BP8 battery pack (i bought extra) seems to had an internal short, overheated and the housing melted.

I only used the charger Acebeam included, high quality cables with a firm fit and yet it happened. Now (after many resets) the BP8 only charges at about 2W as you can see in the other pictures.

Now it takes over 9 hrs. to charge just a bit over 18.000mWh into the BP8 and a full charge would take days.. so the battery pack is practically useless as i won't let it charge unsupervised for days. And who knows what else is damaged inside the battery pack.

I had extensive back and forth with the Acebeam support (bought all stuff directly via Acebeam) send far over 10 pictures, described the problems in details and they offered a new charger and 25% off a new BP8 battery pack (which i can't afford atm)đŸĒĢđŸšĢ

Given that the charger got so hot it melted and def. killed the charging of the BP8 i am not realy happy with this solution. I will end up with a new charger and a useless battery pack 😐

Yes the warranty time is over but given all the stuff i bought from Acebeam – and the charger shorted / overheated as cause of the problems – i am not realy happy with this solition.

However;
I just wanted to post this as a warning to check your chargers of the X75 so you won't possibly suffer the same fate as i did 😐
