Cannot charge through the flashlight anymore, have to use XTAR battery charger and manually charge each cell. The IP5310 circuit is fried and I don’t know how hard it is to replace it, I’m not good at micro soldering. Possible could use a soldering paste but I don’t want to risk damaging other components.

If I were you I’d ask Wurkkos support for a whole new driver (show them the pics in the email). Buying a single part like that is usually kinda expensive (because of shipping and handling etc.) and you really want to have soldered with hot air before to be sure not to knock other components off the board and without melting the USB connector
