JLaser C3 Razor (1.6W 450nm)
Forgive me if this is out of place, but I figured you flashaholics would also dig this.
I wanted to dip my toes into lasers and ultimately went with JLasers’ C3 Razor. To say I am impressed by this thing is an understatement. I am blown away. For the size of it, the beam it makes is remarkable. Now I’ve owned little laser pointers before. The two Arkfelds in my collection have the nice little green laser and that has been handy here and there. This is just leaps and bounds beyond those.
The body of the laser is super nice. It feels very solid and sturdy and the machining of it is really well done. The button (it glows :)) is really nice and clicky. It took me a minute to realize the lens can be rotated to adjust the beam. But now that I know that I appreciate the fact that it is adjustable. As for the UI it is either on or off. There are no other modes.
As for performance so far a single charge of a 14500 3.7v battery has lasted a long time.
Over all I’m so impressed by this little thing and customer survive from JLasers was excellent. I highly recommend them if you also wanted to expand your photon yeeters collection to include lasers too.
