It looks like resin if I had to guess.
Not the same handle, but [Stronk](https://amzn.to/4jl6NS9) has a similar design. Only reason I know about them if they’ve been spamming my email for my channel to send me one to review. 😆 Not my cup of tea design-wise, so I’ve declined so far.
