I get that Sofirn ships batteries in cheap flashlights to get around some regulation. This is the first time I've ever gotten one when I ordered batteries though. What battery is supposed to power this light if you actually wanted to use it (I don't)? The tube is too big for even a 21700.

The flashlights that my batteries were shipped in don’t actually work, though I’m not sure if they were even supposed to.

I might be wrong but usually it’s 18650 with a spacer

  3. They normal use one of those 3 AAA adapters. I’m not sure I’d trust it with a lithium-ion.

3x AAA using the battery holder or 1x 18650 using a sleeve

  6. The LED name (or whatever that means) is peak: 1100BK-T-2 lol

An 18650 works; a 22650 fits even better.
