What knife is this?

I got this foldable pocket knife as a Xmas gift. My wife’s cousin inherited it as part of her dad’s knife collection but doesn’t know much about it.

It was laying next to a bunch of limited edition Opinel knives and has a similar close (says No 10 virobloc brevete on it) but I couldn’t find anything like it online. Is it a custom knife? It’s beautiful and I’d love to know a bit more about it. Any insights are appreciated 🙂
