H17 2.0 doesn’t turn on

I bought this light last summer. It doesn't turn on anymore.

Do you guys have any ideas why ? Is there something I'm missing ?

I already have contacted the Acebeam support and still waiting for an answer.

I checked the battery (green light) and checked it was screewed on at both head and tail.
