Every year my dad gets my brother and I a little pocket knife. Usually something small and inexpensive from Walmart. This year I decided to try and find something cool for him on a budget.
He’s a major outdoorsman (metal detecting, fishing, etc.) and does electrical/HVAC work. Not sure if he’ll use it a lot or keep it more as a display since it’s a gift, but It’s his favorite colors and the pattern is gorgeous.
Tried to pick something under 100 bucks and settled on this. I know nothing about knives, so I’m wondering if I made a good choice for the budget. Spent 90 bucks. Thanks!
Also taking recommendations for budget friendly knives in the future!
TLDR: is this a good knife for 90 bucks?

Can’t go wrong with a Case knife. Timeless and well-made.
Absolutely!
I think he’ll really like it! It’s a good brand and a great look, but the sentimentals will bring it home.
What you chose is called a Stockman configuration, which has a long, interesting history. That should add to it.
Hell yeah
