I've been looking over all of the 46950 options on AliExpress, and they all list the 32000 mAh capacity, but I'm struggling to find the CDR in amps. The 3X21D has a 25A buck driver. Would I be safe to assume that a 46950 could manage to sustain that at 100%? Thanks to anyone with more info.

Usually the safe bet for discharge rates is 2C, aka twice the capacity if not stated otherwise.
Search for max discharge current, it will be either in amps or in C. 1C means battery capacity in Amps, 1C for 30Ah cell is 30A. Liitokaala 46950 30Ah has max discharge current of 4C which means 4*30A=120A.
