Girlfriend’s dad found out I was a lefty and gifted me this old knife. ~2007 Emerson Lefty Commander

I thought this was an "generic knife" until I started doing some research. First, this is an earlier version they don't make anymore. Titanium liners. But the kicker is the lefty features. The clip isn't an add-on – there are no drilled out holes on the other side. The liner lock is REAL lefty, the thumb pushes the release, the index finger pushes the blade out of lock. That means the lock grind on the blade is lefty. And the blade is the wildest part. It's a LEFTY "asymmetric chisel grind." Which I believe Emerson doesn't do anymore. I'd love to hear stories about this knife if anyone has them!
