Signet 52 tooth mini ratchet and these (very cheap) Tactix 100mm/4" pliers.
The ratchet actually feels pretty solid and has a very satisfying and reassuring click. It only cost ~12€ (+shipping) from Webike Japan website. I don't have experience with other similar mini ratchets so I can't really compare to for example the 711L version.
The Tactix pliers I bought to see if I can find a use case for such small pliers i.e. can they do something better than the Leatherman pliers. I only paid a few euros for these
