New Flytanium Beef! I wasnt too sure about this knife based on reviews, but it was on sale and I like the ease of customizing the scales so I figured it was worth a try. (It was $34)
I'm pleasantly surprised! I like a decent sized knife as I have big hands, and this thing is definitely beef-y! Great action. Considering the price, it's a great value.
