hi image 1 is from a comparatively more expensive torch
i want to replace the led in my cheap torch (image 2 and 3) the beam pattern/shape and color is very nasty the bond wires form a shadow otherwise the enclosure is pretty well made

Any decent round die LED is probably going to increase the value of this light by 5 times xd
Anyways, look into the SFT-25R. But you should figure out the voltage of the driver before you solder a new LED to it.
