*Just starting and can't afford much. Saw a YouTube video and got 3 knives. Should I have just spent $40 on one? If so, any recommendations? Thank you in advance.

I have been seeing that blue and brown combo like the top one around lately and it’s really growing on me. Blue and brown are not two colors I would have ever thought to mix.
