Scales arrived today. Was having issues after completing absolutely a nightmare of my attempt at a simple assembly.. The action was awful crossbar was super gritty and not fully engaging… 3 or 4 attempts it just needed some oil on the axis lock. Silly me. Great improvement over the green micarta.. Knife is still very light at 2.85oz in Aluminum. I'd suggest never removing the blade. Ever.
