Looking for info on two custom knives with antler handles + hand-etched maker mark

Hey everyone, I was given two knives from my dad he bought them from a guy years ago, so we don’t have much background on them. The knives came with a leather sheath, and the handles appear to be made from antler. Near the top of each handle, there’s a small hand-etched engraving or maker’s mark that looks like it was done by the person who made them. There’s also two hoof marks on each handle.

I’m hoping someone here might recognize the style, the maker mark, or have any idea whether these are one-off custom pieces or from a small batch. I’ve attached clear photos of the knives, handles, sheaths, and engravings.
