I want to gift both of these flashlights to one person who WILL be bothered if the blues aren’t the same shade (they’re picky and I accept it). If they are NOT a like for like color match, all good. I’ll just mix up the colors with their other options.

The blue of the Tac AA is pretty accurate – kind of muted. I don’t have the 2AA but all the photos I’ve seen on forums etc also make it look like a more vibrant blue. I don’t think that they match. I’m not sure but I think that with the 2AA only the blue has the SFT25R, so if you want that I’d choose a different color for the Tac AA.
