So I’m in California (yes ik it laws are awful here) and I was wondering if cops would really give a damn if I carried a 3.5 inch (max legal is 2 inches) automatic knife as long as I’m not doing stupid or bad stuff. Like would they notice or call me out simply for my knife? I wouldn’t think so (I was thinking it would be kinda like illegally dark window tints, as long as you don’t drive like shit they won’t bother you)

How would they know unless you’re doing stupid shit? (Showing people your illegally carried knife is classified as stupid shit). Do cops have xray vision?

They just took mine. No charges. Not this specific knife, but it was a knockoff OTF.
