Looks gimmicky, but kind of want one. Apparently it fits inside a zippo lighter with its guts removed.

  2. I have one, it fits good and works. I use a leatherman ratchet and bit system so it never really got any use but I do think it’s cool. I rarely actually use an zippo since the fuel dries so fast so it made sense for me.

  3. If I didn’t have a multi-tool already, it would be a fun addition.

What is this sudden fascination with making things Zippo sized? I’ve recently seen screwdrivers and flashlights that are that size and shape. Is it just so you have something that fits in the watch pocket in your pants?

I use mine from time to time. It has definitely been helpful. If you have an extra zippo she’ll then it doesn’t hurt

This thing is great, I use it to store bits. I only used it as a driver with the insert out cause the lid gets in the way

I know a person that quit smoking that got one of these for his ancient trusty zippo. Older guy but it was basically a less gen Z fidget toy for him.

I wish there was version that retains the lighter, butane maybe? I don’t know how lighter fluid impacts metal but I wouldn’t want my bits pressed against the soaked felt pad anyways, less fuel capacity and the bit driver is at the outer edge, one less spot for bit storage at the bottom for butane fuel intake.

I know zippos leave space for spare rods at the bottom but I feel like zippo users would sacrifice that for a little multitool.

I would really rather just carry a Leatherman or pocket screwdriver personally, but to each their own.

It seems like they could’ve designed it better by making room for one or two bits to fit inside the lighter case as well.

As is, I guess that slot at the bottom would fit one? And then the one in the driver, so two total. I guess that’s ok, but I would’ve tried to make room for a third.

And squeeze a bottle opener in there somehow because wtf not.

  10. I have a few. Grabbed them a couple years ago. Great little kit.
