So browsing Ali Express I found this little guy… Sort of a Nitecore EDC27 clone, kind of? It's cheap. It feels cheap. But it's bright, and it was cheap enough I could literally have a bagful in the car in case of need.
This will never be my daily driver in the world of EDC flashlights, but is there a place for "who cares if you lose it", "Good enough" types of lights?

It’s fairly bright (maybe 500-700 lumens on high?). It has a bunch of different modes, including red, blue and white cob lights on the front. Simple operation (one button for the cob, one button for the main lights) with only three options; high, medium, and SOS. It’s got a lockout mode. It’s got a “double click to turbo” option.
It’s literally cheap Chinese garbage, but as far as something to give the kid, something for walking the dog, etc….. I’m gonna be honest, I don’t hate it!
