Well, for the stamping – Böker knives, Wüsthof, Zwilling J. A. Henckels, Hen & Rooster, and Puma are the biggest cutlery brands from Solingen Germany.
Though, Wusthof, and Zwilling are kitchen blades mostly to my knowledge.
I don’t recall any Boker models ever looking like this…
Puma makes a 905 model, but it’s a folder, so not likely them.
Hen & Rooster has a few that look similar, but nothing quite right.
You got a real mystery!
Made in Germany, probably from the 60’s or 70’s, a lot of them were produced, hard to say which manufacturer.
