At the beginning of last month I ordered my second set of scales from RC BladeWorks for my Sage 5 LW unbeknownst to myself and Ron the scales I would receive 3 weeks later wouldn’t fit. After receiving the scales I immediately contacted Ron via Instagram to let him know I was having fitment issues. We soon found out that the G10 Sage 5 that his scales were modeled after has a slightly different pocket clip position that’s really difficult to see in pictures. Ron offered for me to send my knife and the scales to him and he would make a program and a new set of scales free of charge. I was of course very happy to hear this and sent my knife to him the next day. While I was waiting Ron kept me in the loop and had no problems answering any questions I had. Unfortunately the day before he was planning on shipping back to me his media blaster broke and was awaiting a replacement. The replacement came and Ron shipped out my knife with the scales installed immediately and even expedited the shipping, on top of that he sent me a 25% off coupon for my next order. I can’t thank him enough for his outstanding customer service, and I hope this post draws him a few more customers. The quality of work he does is off the charts and he genuinely cares about everyone of his customers.
