This DT8 glass cracked with 0 usage. Unless tightening the screws too tight causes cracks, I suppose Hank needs to find a new glass manufacturer.

Fyi: never used the DT8 after the new glass came in. I unscrewed a bezel and replaced the cracked glass with a new one (this time my fault) and the replacement glass cracked while sitting in my drawer doing nothing.
