I normally carry my blade in my jeans small pocket along with a 1oz silver coin. It was fine for ages until it popped through the fabric.

Anyone got something I can line that small pocket with to stop this issue?

If the clip is causing it you could cut a thicker piece of leather to match the shape of the handle and cut two slits to insert the clip through (so it ends up under the leather). But what about removing the clip completely? Or do those screws impact the construction of the knife? Personally almost all my jeans have holes at the places my gear rubs against them. You can tell exactly where my flashlight, knife and wallet goes.
