Locally made 15n20/089 with 80crv2 core steel, with maple birl handle. Should I carry this at all or let it sit for display? Definitely wouldn’t abuse it but hate for it to sit and collect dust.

Knives are meant to be used, in my opinion.
I have started calling knives I buy knowing they’re just going to sit and look pretty art, because that’s precisely what it is.
But do what makes you happy.
