Best way to reprofile? Can my coarse diamond stone handle reprofiling this tip? I’ve been Sharpening my own knives for a while now but I’ve never completely reprofiled a broken tip like this one. Knife has sentimental value to me, just found it the other day after thinking it was lost forever
