Packaging so much fancier than my usual Convoys. My first green light that’s not a fricken laser beam. KP CSLNM1.F1 5A buck, 12 groups. The metal tailswitch is so nice, if I need S2s/S2+s in future, will get more of those. Maybe, will get a bunch to retro fit my 20 or so other S2s, it just makes it a lot more premium feeling. Looking forward to try the green light out on the sandstone desert hills around here and see if I have a use for it over red/white. It’ll at least be fun to demo, along with the deep blue in my M44.

That looks awesome. I’ve never had a Convoy but if I do get one I was thinking the S6 or the S8 with the CSLNM1.F1 LED. The throw is incredible. Can you get a tail switch like that for the S6 or S8?
I think the S2+ might be Convoys most popular light, that’s probably why the packaging is better than the usual bubble wrap in crumpled cardboard.
I think those metal switches might not be water resistant, so be careful outdoor. You’re probably more worried about dustproof in the desert, though.
