Favorite DIY-able blade finish? I know lots of you customize your knives, so just curious about your favorites.

   I’m still experimenting. Just learning how to hand sand to get a satin finish has been interesting because I never realized how important sanding blocks and quality sandpaper were. Etching, stone, washing, mirror finish, etc. all seem interesting.
