Sofirn 21700 4000mah cell, at discharge shows 15.86wh but on charging shows 17.49wh but same capacity around 4800mah, how is that posible? And with all other cell is the same thing.

Charging isn’t 100% effective. You need to put more energy in than you get back. Discharge test is the accurate test of capacity.
