The Katsu knives look nice but the whole “Japanese Knife” but made in Yang Jiang, China seems odd to me so I’ve never bought one.
What draws you to collecting this specific brand?

These aren’t even close to being as expensive as I would’ve first guessed (not that they’re at all cheap). Amazing looking knives, I love the artwork on the limited editions (like yours), but even their more “plain” models have some gorgeous lines and finishes. Enjoy dinner!
