Furthest UV/one in box is a 26650 single mode ZWB2 light I’ve found to be good for the price. Not much less powerful than an S12 and with USB-C. Will continue to test those, but put decent hours on a couple and happy with performance.
Next, with the fatter purple bezel, is first test of a very clean looking 21700 tailclicky 3 x emitter, no USB light, also ZWB2. This has some nice strong output, at least initially. Not as bright as the Alonefire SV52s I usually grab these days, but looks promising as a nice simple light for my blacklight rental service, as less ports for dust and can be had on AE for about 1/3rd price of an S12/SV52.
Last is a cute little 18650 sideswitch Alonefire SV103 I was curious about. Lower power than the others, but seems to have a bit of UV flood, along with the USB-C and ZWB2. Again, will spend some time with it to see if it’s a cheap alternative to an S2+ for people not wanting an external charger.
The COBs were ridiculously cheap, so trying them on the retractable wire carabiners vs the Olight imini 2s I have, as backpack shoulder attached quick occasional lights. The imini 2s are way simpler and enjoyable and likely to win out, but need more $ before I can buy 50 of those.
Oh, for the 26650 lights, they have 4 obnoxious always on LEDs, which I blocked with high temp black gasket sealant as tape wasn’t effective.
These aren’t the more exciting M44s or D4K mules or some of my other ~40 UV models, but there are some suprisingly OK super cheap UV lights on AE, just need to try ’em out to see.
