Bought a Coast “Founders series select” knife

Cost me $50 + shipping. Not sure if worth it yet. Had to do some research on the steel they use for this knife and apparently use 9Cr18Mov. I like how it looks and also like how it feels in hand and in my pocket. Also arrived very sharp. Biggest issue however is the lock. If you don’t put some pressure on it when opening it, and just slide it open with a thumb or something, the lock doesn’t always engage properly and can slip with any back pressure behind the blade. Flicking it open locks it every time though. Still a bit disconcerting though. Will carry it for a while and see how it performs or if the issue will fix itself (not that it should need to).
