So I’m leaving US and I bought a multi tool for someone like a silly keychain from a gator park. Am I allowed to leave US with it without being called to be questioned or having any problems that can cause delay or complications and stuff like that? I’ll leave a photo

Either mail it back, or put it inside checked baggage.
Needs to be in a checked bag.
It would need to go in your checked luggage. And be legal in your destination. Don’t trust legal stuff here. Ask your local authorities to verify.
